Hello,
I am not sure if this is a bug or something I am missing?
Where do that Total of 104 comes from if nothing is selected. It literally blocks my game if I dont make a decision.

You need to click the checkboxes to add surrender terms to your peace deal. Once the warscore cost of all your selected terms reaches 104, you can force the surrender.

'TOTAL:' - is the total score you can spend for the terms you want to get.

Hmm okay..I was adding terms and there was not update either though, so not sure what was happening.
