I started a war against an enemy faction and won.

I still have troops left on the enemy territory.

I can't make them leave unless I declare another war but my war support is 0 because I just ended one.

What can I do except wait for my war support to go up?

A dev said in another thread that if you tell the unit to move back to your civ (click directly on a hex controlled by your civ, don't just move part of the way) then it should be able to move all the way.

If it doesn't, I suggest you bug report including a save game.
