I'm having the same issue (Can't load any save games) but I cannot read the error meassage because it goes sraight back to the start menu. Also when I quit the game isn't ansewring so I have to force quit. 


The game froze a few time before. I couldn't play anymore, and I couldn't load any games. When I was quitting the game also didn't answer but I could get back in after a restart. Now I cannot load anything.

I had the same issue when attempting to load a save mid-game. Both auto-saves and manual saves did not work. Doing this booted me back to the main menu. Loading saves from the main menu also did not work as it briefly showed an error window and kept me at the main menu screen. 


 Closing and opening the game again fixed it. Also noted that hitting "Quit" on the main menu during this froze the game, I had to kill the game in Task Manager to get it to fully close.


I've attached my full Diagnostics log which includes the same error message as OP. It should also include the errors encountered when trying to close the game. Thanks!

I had the same issue. However, I had to reopen my game 3 times until it was working again.
