Description:
A low severity cosmetic UI error appears when the "How to break-up armies" tutorial shows.

Expected:
Highlight shows correctly around a unit graphic.

Actual:
Highlight scales vertically incorrectly.

Repro:
?/5. I did not try to reproduce again.

Steps:
1. Select an army with one unit, and select the first unit in the composition section of the widget.
2. Get the second unit in an army for the first time.
3. Wait until "How to break-up armies" tutorial shows.
4. Scroll down in the "composition" section of the army widget.
