Version is the Poe closed beta

While watching PartyElite video (at time 52:24 as I can't get timestamp to work), I saw that while playing as Carthaginians, the outpost actions such as founding cities and building Cothons only cost around half their usually cost, such as a found city which cost around 110-120 influence only cost 60 influence. Given that the wiki clearly say that the ability affect money cost, and not influence cost as well, there may be something that have been overlooked with this ability.

This article uses material from the “Carthaginians” article on the Humankind wiki at Fandom.

To be fair, the wiki is supposed to reflect the game, not the other way around. But the game itself also has the money symbol next to buyout, and it is strange gameplaywise that this applies to outpost constructibles.

Yes it is very strange, somehow the game seems to use the buyout mechanic to build stuff in outposts, except it use influence instead of money.
