Sorry if this has been posted somewhere else, but I've spent at least 20 minutes digging through the UI and frantically googling how to change State Religion.  By all counts it should be possible, and indeed it seems like some AIs have changed in the games I've played, but there's no button or menu for it.  If there is a way, it certainly needs to be highlighted much more in all of the tutorials, UI, and wiki.

You can press Ctrl + 5 to open up the menu for it. For some reason there's no button at the moment.

Update: It doesn't consistently works.  It pulls up sometimes, but most of the time doesn't.  Now that I've closed it, I can't reopen it.

The button only appears if you are atheist... but then it is useless :D
