Conquered their 2 cities, and killed all their units. Can't end the turn due to it just reopening the war resolution screen. HELP PLEASE! Is there a way to fix or force end turn?

I have the same issue. I can't end the turn without deciding on the war resolution proposal, and the proposal is blank just like OP's screenshot.

Steam PC, V1.01.0058-S10.
