City Graphics not loading properly from saves.

Title: PC/Steam
Description: On Reload, City graphics are not loading properly and districts are greyed out.
Attachments: 2 images of the issue.
Steps to Reproduce: Just happened after playing normally since launch day. Tried reloading saves, and restarting game, no change. Tried setting to fastest graphic settings and playing around with screen resolutions, still no change.
Expected Behavior: should load graphics properly.

Yep. I have the same exact problem. Neither restarting the game nor verifying game's file does anything for me.

Have you found a way to fix this? Or, is this save file just doomed then?

I started my game from auto save 2 turns before. It helped.

Something similar (same issue?) happened to me as well, but only started late game when I swapped to huge map and they eventually loaded (though then harbors remained invisible). Reminded me of Civ V where you could end up with low-detail tiles if the game had a load of stuff to show and could see them pop in one by one. Can you confirm they stay like that after playing for some time? Maybe it's a different issue than what I had.
