So I was having an issue where I wasn't able to change how my avatar looked (the options were locked).

I figured out that this was cause since I'd clicked on one of the pre-created avatars which you're not allowed to edit, and then cancled without saving.
This had returned my avatar to my own look, but saved the lock on customization option.
I fixed it by clicking on one of the avatars that we are allowed to change, and then doing the same thing (cancel without saving).

Just thought you'd like to know that there's a bug there ;)
