Summary / Title: Map shows grey tiles instead of districts

Description: Game began to randomly display empty grey tiles instead of districts. There are also random no exploitation tiles texture (leaving it blank desert). Even if district manages to load 3d model, some textures are still missing and instead grey shows up (see screenshots) 

I see that old cities like my capital have almost all districts working, while new colonies are all broken and invisible.

Expected Behavior: You know what
Notes: I tried to change graphic settings, force game to run into vulcan mode, update gpu drives - nothing worked.

Same issue here. Having this after winning the game and building satellite network in the same turn.

same here  its most of my cities so it really sucks
