Check out the below screen shot. I am currently on turn 369 and the fight being displayed in the screen shot has been going on since turn 25. None of these pieces move and I am not able to go within the white border going around the tiles. This means I can't attack the purple base on the left side of the screenshot or the independent faction on the right hand side of the screen. Overall it hasn't effected my gameplay but I am wondering if it is going to be broken for me to complete the game.
