I had stopped the game a few days because of the bug preventing you from skipping your turn after throwing too many nuclear bombs.
I relaunched the game following the patch that should resolve this problem and even if the bug does not return as quickly, it persists once more than ten bombs have been thrown (and not in the same turn).
After a while even a single nuclear bomb per turn prevents it from passing its turn (spins in a vacuum).
When will I have a real patch so that I can FINALLY finish my game ??
