When deciding where to relocate your outpost, we get a nice tooltip that shows the difference in yield if you were to move to so and so tile, which is great! But in my case, the tooltip only shows +2 food and +2 production regardless of where I set my cursor, even if I decide to relocate on top of science yielding tiles.

I don't know if this is a bug but still the same. If this isn't a bug, I don't get the mechanic.

This is  a bug, this should be corrected in a future patch, for now the relocation of the outpost don't give you any info about the loss, or the exploitation gains.
