Hi. I once read devblog that modding tool would not be ready when the game releases. But since the release has been delayed, I just wonder if modding tool would be available at the moment.

I don't see us getting them earlier than release at best, but who knows, maybe some chosen few have already gotten their hands on it and are locked behind an NDA.

It probably won't make much sense in giving out the modding tools early anyways, since we don't have enough time and experience with the full game to make proper mods anyways. And, as far as I understand things, they are working hard on getting the last few tweaks in, so any mods we COULD make at this point could very well be outdated at release.

Looking forward to trying things out though, assuming the modding tools are newbie friendly.
