Hi, I think this kind of mod can interest some people.

I love the game, but with the last update I don't like the way the cost of districts is scaling.

I understand the need to avoid district spamming, but the difference to build a district with the last projects (like satellites) seems disproportionate.

And in my opinions, from what's I understand, it's the role of stability to prevent the spam.

Since we have access to the mod I try to change that with this mod if you want to try.

It's my first mod, I hope you will like it. I'm open to discussion about it :)
