As now I knew "Infrastructure_Industy_Family04_01" means "water mill" by having clicked suspicious  items under ConstructibleInfrastructureDescriptor.asset one by one and recognized it through reading their properties carefully, and so on. Is there any more efficiency way?(A small complain, as I used to be a modder of Paradox Interactive Games, I really missing their intuitive way to name the key values)

By the way, how to change localization files? E.g. I wanna rename "Russians" into "Imperial Russia"?
