Making a mod to buff a few of the more bland wonders, and one idea I came up with is to make Todai-Ji increase the speed you culturally and religiously convert territories. Anything I try, though, just seems to affect the speed other cultures/religions affect my territories. Any way to change this? Am I just missing something obvious?
