I would like to create these 2 UI mods. First one is showing who current own a cultural wonder in the selection screen, instead of who originally claimed them. The second mod is a cultural wonder highlight/filter, similar to the district one in the bottom right corner of the screen, but for wonder, and highlight the wonder tile when zooming all the way out. Are these possible, regardless of difficulty for now? If so, a few pointers would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Both are only possible (if they are possible at all) with DLL injection methods such as BePinEx. The official mod tools do not allow for this kind of mods.
