Description:

At seemingly random my game became unplayable at turn 116 going to 117. I saved and reloaded, to no avail.

Interestingly, if this bug occurred, the "Pending Turn" would appear on any other save (new or old) until i relaunch the entire game.

I have played new games since, getting all the way to the end.

Steps to reproduce: 

Load the save file or load any of the 10 auto saves back--- always the same turn

NOTE: The error is no longer occurring 4 days later. I imagine this has to do with your seed values being modified by the current date. To replicate I imagine you will have to modify what the game thinks the date is.
