Summary / Title: Pillaging/Ransacking my own outpost after receiving the region from war
Description: I started ransacking an ennemy outpost, and won the war before the end of the pillaging. I managed to get the territory, only to discover that my troops were still ransacking their own outpost, preventing it from growing.
Steps to Reproduce:
Star a war
Ransack an ennemy outpost
Win the war and ask for the region as "tribute"
Reproducibility: 5/5 (I guess)
Expected Behavior: My troops should stop ransacking the tile with the outpost
