I was at turn 147, when I merged some cities to help since I was over city cap. However, these cities were still showing up as "idle" and when I would try to get them to construct something they would sit at 0/XXX for amount of industry to complete. And the "idle" city was still listed as "idle" not allowing me to advance in turn. When I exited to re-start the game to see if that would help, now none of my auto saves will load, and when I click on them it brings me back to the main lobby screen.
