It happens the same to me, and I tryed to save whilst its pending, and then quit the game and load the save. It didn't work for me. Any other ideas? It happened to me twice at the end of the game and I don't want to start a third one without solving it. It's very frustrating.

Same here, stuck on turn 109. First time though. Have played 2 600 turn games without any problems other as getting stuck in combat.

This is happening to me as well, stuck at 290. Had to keep saving/loading every turn until the game ended.

I have this bug on turn 162. 

I also had this in beta, but in beta I figured out how to fix it. It's been a few months, so I do not remember exactly what I did to fix it. It involved cancelling a event, build, or combat of some sort that was causing a conflict. I wish I could remember what I did, but it may not be the same bug as beta a few months ago. Regardless, I was able to get around this bug each time in beta when I handled the conflict causing the turn to crash.
