Description:

When you toggle the UI off and on again, it takes a while for tooltips to be displayed. I couldn’t determine yet if it is time-based or a certain action that triggers tooltips to be shown again, but after 30 seconds to upwards of a minute, they correctly show again.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Toggle UI off.
2. Toggle UI on.

Expected Behaviour:

Tooltips should display again immediately.
