Well that is it. I have started the game, seems like a guided campaign to learn. I have played historical strategy games before, and all the text is in English, despite I have changed the properties to Spanish in Steam. The main menu in English aswell. Also I have verified the integrity of the files. I have seen localisation files related to Spanish language but they seem not to work.

And I do not find the pdf with units and technologies in my Deluxe version.
