[PC/STEAM] Settings are not saved and back to default after restart the game

Bug description

I can't define any settings in the game. Trying to set the resolution and language (which need restart to be applied) and when the game is restarted I'm still in the default resolution 1920x1080 and language is still set to English....

Also I have to re-create the avatar and select the level of tutorial as if it was the first launch

Steps to reproduce

Start the game
Select tutoriel and avatar
Go to menu -> UI -> Language to French
Restart the game as requested

Expected behavior

Game should start in french, Resolution should be also saved and avatar should still be here

Strangely after upgrading graphics driver this morning my game is in french and settings are saved... Can't explain it
