AI of this game is cheating, I'm playing on Metropolis difficulty at first I thought it was a coincidence that they bump and surround into my submarines a couple of times but then they kept coming every round and attack with their galley it was weird but now they're attacking with their steam frigates from the distance??!??! what's the point of "stealth"?? :| (just my rant) not to mention submarines suppose to be underwater kinetic weapons such as those suppose to have no effect! unless they're torpedo/depth charges(explosives) and I was just starting to like the game... it was annoying sometimes I couldn't move my planes onto my aircraft carrier where it appeared red tile, missiles cruisers/nuclear submarines cannot carry missiles, missiles itself consume population... having to upgrade regiment units one by one, unimmersive AI's moving up their era faster then their technology...

We have reproduce your issue you've describe with the Line of Sight and it had been send to the dev team. 

Concerning your Stealth issue, was your submarine next to an enemy unit during the enemy's round? In order to help us reproduce the issue, could you please provide a save during this battle? Your saves are by default located:

o PC: \Users\[username]\Documents\Humankind\Save Files

o Mac: This is hidden in the Libraries folder. You will need to do an internet search to find specific steps for your OS. Once the libraries folder is revealed, they are in /library/ application support/humankind/Save Files
