If you get the economic Great Filter but your economy is ridiculously strong, the effects of the Great Filter will not be enough to make your gold income go negative. Because there is very little documentation on this game mode, I ended up playing forever before realizing that the game would not end. After some searching, I found that the game requires me to have negative gold per turn and a negative gold balance.

The mod needs to be updated to fix the Economic Great Filter so that you're not stuck in an endless loop if you don't know what the win condition is. Attached is my save on the turn right before the Economic Great Filter. Glad I saved at that turn because I ended up needing to reload to that point and nuke everyone and myself to drop my gold down enough for the game to end.

It's so painful, because you'll give yourself a pat on your back if you manage to bounce back from nose-diving toward negative money, not realizing you're making the situation worse for yourself.
