Although you mention that the issue occurs in random terms, if you have a save a turn before it happens ( from the video), please provide it to us.

Also we'll need the version and build of the game on which the issue occurs, as well as on which platform it happens, on which turn. after how many hours of playing it.

By the time you provide us the needed information, if the issue happens again, you can send us another video of it, as it will help us for better investigation.

Unfortunately I don't think I can provide any saves, because I play on Geforce Now and from what I know, I don't have any game files on my hard drive. It happened on the latest build. The bug finally went away when I moved one of the armies and made it station in the port. Earlier it was anchored next to foreign coast and when this bug was present every time the camera was meant to focus on this particular fleet - it wasn't, instead going to some specific place on the map (middle of the ocean) every time. I had to manually scroll across half of map to reach the selected fleet. It was tiring to do it every turn so I finally moved that fleet to port and the bug disappeared. I also have another issue with Humankind on Geforce NOW and I'll start a new thread about it soon.

Well, five months later I encountered this bug again. This time it's gamebreaking because I literally can't move my camera to see my core cities (capital etc.). I play on Earth map this time, so it'll be easier for me to explain things. I play as Romans (literally, my capital is in Italy). Right now I'm trying to build a reservation in the Carthage region (entire north-western Africa) but I can't, because camera just can't go there. I can move camera everywhere over Americas, Australia, Pacific and so on, but when I try go go over Europe - the camera stops at some invisible barrier somewhere around the Canary islands and simply won't move eastwards. For the entire game (I'm in industrial era now) everything was fine. The bug occurred exactly when I moved my army (stack of 7 land units) from Japan to Hawaii, to make an outpost there. From what I remember in that first instance five months ago this bug was also caused by some army or fleet stationing in a specific part of the map. Once I moved that army - everything went back to normal. I'll try to load the save later to see if the problem goes away. I hope so, because not being able to access core regions makes the game completely unplayable. Unfortunately I can't provide the save, since I play on GeforceNow.
