Hello,

I played normally that turn and hit end turn. The button is rolling so I check map and see there are 3 AI assault happened at the same times.

I wait about 10 mins and it's nothing happens. The turn can't finish.

Try log out to main menu and games freeze in black. I must use task manager to force shut down.

Try many ways to fix it but the result still force shutdown.

I check the diagnostics file and see a lot of error <<AI Shutdown timeout. Waiting for the end of the state Running. >>

The games when that happened.

Hope you can fix it soon.

We could not reproduce the issue on our end.

In order for us to fully investigate this issue we need the following:

Your last two auto-saves, and any other saves you think may help show the problem. Your saves are by default located:
1. PC: \Users\[username]\Documents\Humankind\Save Files
An output log. These can be found here:
1. PC: This folder is hidden by default. You will need to reveal hidden folders (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/show-hidden-files-0320fe58-0117-fd59-6851-9b7f9840fdb2 ) then navigate to: Users\[username]\AppData\LocalLow\AMPLITUDE Studios\Humankind
