These 3 bugs seem to be consistent through loads of versions! Please be AGILE and move these to top priority in your back log.
I've been playing endless games for long and stopped playing Civ games altogether, but if I can't enjoy nuking anything or even fight with my tanks what's the point?

The thread How to report bugs describes how you can offer useful information - in your case especially the part dealing with 3. Attachments /!\  - for to fix your issue. In case of your specs, the information of your graphics card is missing. Not that I imagine it's some kind of weak one.

a mi se la pasa en pendiente el botón de pasar turno , te piden 3 archivos les envie de 3 partidas distintas y uno me dijo que van a sacar un parche pero no dio fecha

¡Estos 3 errores parecen ser consistentes en muchas versiones! Sea AGILE y mueva estos a la máxima prioridad en su registro posterior. 
He estado jugando juegos interminables durante mucho tiempo y dejé de jugar juegos Civ por completo, pero si no puedo disfrutar bombardeando nada o incluso pelear con mis tanques, ¿cuál es el punto?

I shouldn't have to get out of the game to be able to report a bug. It should be part of the UI in the game menu as for Graphics@

In order for us to fully investigate this issue we need the following:

  • Your last two auto-saves, and any other saves you think may help show the problem. Your saves are by default located:
    1. PC: \Users\[username]\Documents\Humankind\Save Files
  • Your diagnostics logs. These are time stamped, and any time you close and relaunch the game, new ones are started. Please grab all diagnostics logs related to the session you were playing where the issue occurred. These are by default located:
    1. PC: \Users\[username]\Documents\Humankind\Temporary Files
  • An output log. These can be found here:
    1. PC: This folder is hidden by default. You will need to reveal hidden folders (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/show-hidden-files-0320fe58-0117-fd59-6851-9b7f9840fdb2 ) then navigate to: Users\[username]\AppData\LocalLow\AMPLITUDE Studios\Humankind
