Description: If a culture establishes a demilitarized zone and is later eliminated before the demilitarized ends, the demilitarized zone does not ever end.

Steps to Reproduce: Eliminate a culture that has established a demilitarized zone prior to the demilitarized zone ending. Note, in the attached save Nubians Turn 148 the Sumerians culture will end after the next turn. The demilitarized zone is straight east of Kerma. 

I have been able to reproduce this multiple times with multiple different territories being the demilitarized zone as well as after Queen Makeda transcends into the Han. In one version the demilitarized zone was on Queen M's last city. Upon capturing the city the zone did not expire, but my units no longer suffered any trespassing penalty but did display the leverage badge as if Queen M was continuing to accrue leverage over me.

Expected Behavior: The demilitarized zone ends when the culture is eliminated or the requisite number of turns expires.
