Hello

I have a big bug.

An IA country attack me. we have both of them a lot of war point.

After few game turns i win the war and i have win some territory for repair.

2 turn after the same ia attack me again but i have no war point (i can't do nothing but the ia have a lot of war point because of a demand for territory) and after one turn i lost the war . the ia take over somme territory.

1 turn after the same IA attack me a new time but we have no war point and i lost to and the IA take a lot of territory.

review :

- I am not the aggressor

- i win war

- but after 2 other war in 2 turn !!!!!!! i lost a lot of territory like it me you loose. what the shame - as long as IA does not win, it cheats

Correct This problem - do you know a war where you can't move your army - you have a big army but you loose in one turn !!!!!!!!

Hello!

In order for us to fully investigate this issue we need the following:

  • Your last two auto-saves, and any other saves you think may help show the problem. Your saves are by default located:
    1. PC: \Users\[username]\Documents\Humankind\Save Files
    2. Mac: This is hidden in the Libraries folder. You will need to do an internet search to find specific steps for your OS. Once the libraries folder is revealed, they are in /library/ application support/humankind/Save Files
  • A screenshot. To get a screenshot:
    1. PC:
      • Steam: Default hotkey for a screenshot is F12
      • EGS: Use the windows print screen button, or press start and type in snipping tool/Snip and Sketch and create a new snip of the area you want to make a screenshot of.
    2. Mac: Steam default hotkey for a screenshot is F12, but if that does not work press and hold these three keys together: Shift, Command, and 3.
  • Your diagnostics logs. These are time stamped, and any time you close and relaunch the game, new ones are started. Please grab all diagnostics logs related to the session you were playing where the issue occurred. These are by default located:
    1. PC: \Users\[username]\Documents\Humankind\Temporary Files
    2. Mac: This is hidden in the Libraries folder. You will need to do an internet search to find specific steps for your OS. Once the libraries folder is revealed, they are in user/library/ application support/humankind/Temporary Files
  • An output log. These can be found here:
    1. PC: This folder is hidden by default. You will need to reveal hidden folders (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/show-hidden-files-0320fe58-0117-fd59-6851-9b7f9840fdb2 ) then navigate to: Users\[username]\AppData\LocalLow\AMPLITUDE Studios\Humankind
    2. Mac: This is hidden in the Libraries folder. You will need to do an internet search to find specific steps for your OS. Once the libraries folder is revealed, they are in user/library/logs/amplitude studios/humankind

Thank you for taking the time to send us this report and have a lovely day! ^^
