We can confirm that this is by design and not an issue. One screenshot is from the Player's Avatar, whereas the second screenshot is your AI Persona. The AI Persona can be uploaded on G2G for other players to play against when they choose to download it and use it as a competitor. The AI Persona is not your Avatar.
There is an existing issue for the strengths shown on your Avatar in-game that is being investigated.
