Globalism civic did not open, even I have met all empires and collected 5 trade stars (moreover I opened then 6 trade stars and it did not open either), but one of the empires have fallen few eras before (have to admit that it was the first empire I have met).
Also I want to mention, that during this game in this save file, the image(the lines) of the trade routes on diplomatic screen periodically disappeared.
Finally, have to mention that stability window in this game in some of my cities was so big, that I could not see how much over stability i have there.
1) trade badge didn’t open, while I had trade links all other the world
2) If you look on the down the map under my black empire, there will be an island with horse and coal, BUT nobody can reach it, cause it is cliffy from ocean
The main issue of your post, for the Civic not being unlocked, is known and being investigated at the moment. Sorry for the inconvenience. The Trade Badge is unlockable, you have to create a Trade Link that passes through a 3rd party Major Empire with which none of your current trade links currently pass through.
An issue was filed for the island that is not reachable as well, thank you for mentioning it.
