[PC, Steam} Unable to start a new game

Everytime I try to start a new game I get the following message as its tries to load up:


The operation was canceled.


  at Amplitude.Mercury.Game.Game+<DoStart>d__4.MoveNext () [0x00157] in <173fc3c1c3214bc89b88c03b179ae28b>:0 

  at Amplitude.Coroutine.Run () [0x00019] in <479babf06a1f4b9498857d4c8c52dc95>:0 


I have reinstalled and checked files integrity no luck.

Hello!

In order for us to fully investigate this issue we need the following:

  • Your last two auto-saves, and any other saves you think may help show the problem. Your saves are by default located:
    1. PC: \Users\[username]\Documents\Humankind\Save Files
  • Your diagnostics logs. These are time stamped, and any time you close and relaunch the game, new ones are started. Please grab all diagnostics logs related to the session you were playing where the issue occurred. These are by default located:
    1. PC: \Users\[username]\Documents\Humankind\Temporary Files
  • Registry file that can be found here: 

           1. PC: \Users\[username]\Documents\Humankind\Users
