As the title states the official endless mod is broken, either by some game update or micro patch between January 27 and January 25 and also some more pressing issues with the game. The game is at build: 280194, Steam build id: 10322895, no betas are activated and Steam cloud is activated for the game.
LIST OF ISSUES:
1. Game can't progress to the next turn
The game ran correctly until it hit turn 374 when it refused to reach the next turn. It was impossible to fix it by restarting the game, making a save file while it was loading the next turn which sometimes actually fixes the issue, or changing some actions and political choices which also used to fix the issue. I also tried to disable the options to turn off the "move army" and "city without production" notifications in the settings but I couldn't find them.
This has been an issue effectively since the game's beta, and I have encountered some interesting issues which I will also state below which might trigger this issue continuously.
2. AI can't decide on a specific action (unresponsive AI persona?)
I have been noticing on this last playthrough, especially that sometimes the AI personas seem to be undecided or unresponsive about some specific actions, on one instance when a battle was triggered by me against an AI army, the action screen got stuck on the "waiting for x empire to confirm the battle" state, on another occasion the AI couldn't decide on what actions to perform on an active battle, the AI got stuck on making a decision and never made a move.
I have also observed these behaviours across different save games and this time I also noticed that it also happens with AI to AI battles and actions where one of the AIs involved turns unresponsive and the game basically can't progress anymore.
After these behaviours were observed I tried to increase the battle animations speed to the maximum allowed which did not solve the issue.
3. Official Endless Mod broken
After I couldn't fix the game refusing to pass to the next turn I proceeded to uninstall and do a clean install of the game, the game was deleted from Steam and the Humankind folder was moved from the Steamapps folder to a different folder (backup folder) and the Humankind folder in the documents section was also moved to the backup folder. After this, I proceeded to install the game via Steam into a different partition.
A test run with no mods applied until turn 20 was fine.
I proceeded to the mod screen to apply the Official Endless mod and Singaporean mod (I'm aware that the official endless mod states in the description that no other mods should be activated but it ran fine in other instances of the game before (games over 350 turns)). Both mods load correctly but the Official Endless mod wasn't stated as Official Endless mod, the name was changed to "flagship", took me a long time to realise it but if I Unsubscribe from the mod the "flagship" mod disappears from the list and if I subscribe to Official Endless mod, it doesn't pop up in the list but "flagship" appears again.
I have no idea why this is happening but it should be fixed as it's an official mod and also one of the best mods.
4. Amplifier Account resetting after game restart
As the subtitle states the game is unable to remember the Amplifier account, all it takes is to exit the game and start the game again for the account to be de-linked. Every time the game starts it's necessary to link the account again, the only educated guess that I can come up with is that maybe the game is storing the data in cache and not storing it on a permanent data file of the game.
5. Mod.io Access token is expired or revoked
In this last update of the game, something is triggering the access token error when accessing mod.io from inside the game, after the error, it prompts the login options and with either email or Steam login option, it logs in successfully but the mod.io screen crashes as it gets stuck on loading the page and no action can be done except exit. If a restart of the game is performed (unforced closing) the issue disappears and the game loads the mod.io screen correctly and everything works fine and remembers the account.
6. Issue with mod.io mod handling practises
This last issue is related to how mod.io interacts with hidden mods. The game should have an uninstall mod button or similar, when subscribing to a mod via mod.io it automatically downloads it to the game and the only way to uninstall it is via unsubscribing or deleting the folder in the Documents>Humankind>modio folder, but this last option is not feasible because when the game launches again and mod.io detects that a mod is missing it will download it again, even if the mod is hidden by the creator.
The issue is that when a mod is hidden there's no way of finding it by searching for the mod in the game, the only way is to unsubscribe the hidden mod from the mod.io web page, in the profile section. This is extremely unintuitive and it might not seem like a big deal but hidden mods are often broken mods or legacy / deprecated mods, which even if not applied in the game, by the mere existence of it as part of the game file could cause issues. As its extremely recommended to get rid of any unnecessary code if it's not used at all.
I would have loved to see this game use the awesome steam workshop as its a robust and more intuitive way of managing mods and often offer better integration, but since changing from mod.io to steam workshop would be a major change for the current game let's try to make mod.io work on the current game. But just as a personal recommendation / opinnion, please consider switching to steam workshop for the next Humankind game if it ever comes to life.

I can't provide any screenshots as the playthrough can't be loaded because the Endless mod is missing and I couldn't get screenshots of those unresponsive AI behaviours, I cant provide different save files in different stages of the same playthrough if needed.

It doesn't break the web page but it throws an in-screen pop up every time I press a key which is pretty annoying and covers up 1 third of the screen. Just type | in the title section and type something and the error will show up in the console.
(Just in case, I am not hating on this game or Amplitude, I have been playing since the Beta and I really love it, I really love this game and I hope this game can get rid of all of its problems soon, the latest content was pretty nice to play, now the independent people is more than just some random rogue city to farm militaristic stars from, and the performance improvements to the game over the updates are very noticeable, this game has great potential, it just needs a bit more work with debugging)
Buen día, coincido el juego es muy muy bueno, pero tiene muchos bugs que lo hacen frustrante para mí el peor de todos es que te deja sin poder avanzar de turno así retrocedas muchos turnos hacia atrás y realices otras acciones se te cuelga igual el juego y eso viene pasando desde que salió el juego hace 1 año ya!! y no lo solucionaron INCREIBLE!!!
