Can anyone help with the following.

Just installed humankind on a new laptop, however whenever i try and launch a new game or load a save i get about a third of the way through the loading screen for it to crash and generate a crash report. Tried deleting and reinstalling, gotten rid of all mods i was using but no luck so far.

Not sure if you'll need anything else but if so let me know.

Could you profide the following file?

The DxDiag. To get this information:

o PC: From the Windows desktop, press the Windows and R keys to open the Run window. In the Open: field of the Run window, type dxdiag. Click OK or the Enter key to open the DirectX* Diagnostic Tool.

o Mac: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT203001
