I have the Endless Mod active (2.03), the expansion and all other DLC.

The Body Shackles event should also have a trigger end game option.

I only get the continue option.

I also tried to earn all era VI stars. And also unlock all existing techs. None of them ended the game.

Some turns after the Body Shackles event a project appeared to build some ship. The final one being toisum. But there were no events, and building the project did nothing.

Managed to unlock the achievement by losing the game.

Gave away or liberated all my cities and outposts. Deleted all but 1 unit which I used to raze my city center. Then attacked a random stack to lose the unit.
