Description:

When I start the game, the game scrolls up automatically. This can be seen as the menus scroll up automatically or when playing a game, as the game zooms in automatically.

Finally, this issue persists a few seconds after closing the game, I can see my now in the forefront window (browser) scrolling up a couple seconds after the game window closes.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch the game

Expected behavior:

The game should only scroll/zoom on mouse wheel input.

Additional notes:
I do not use mods.

I tried restarting the game and the PC.
I tried re-installing the game.

Please let me know if there is any technical information I may share to help find the issue and how to obtain it.

Seems to be a W10 bug, as I've started to see this issue also in other applications. I am not sure what triggers it but it happens to me time to time.

In my case I fixed it disconnecting my controller and changing the mouse port.
