Late game, I performed a save and when it came back, the game started lagging and frames were about 1 per 10 seconds.

I looked at the CPU (I have 16 cores of XEON 3.1) and all were above 85%.

I modified all of the settings to reduce to FASTEST and anything else posted anywhere. 

I have 64 GB RAM and only about 20 used total.

This does not happen on my older or newer macs, this only occurs on my PC. The macs have 8 or 16GB RAM and the CPUs are 2-3Ghz.

I removed all saves.

I uninstalled and reinstalled

Simply loading the game to the main screen, all CPUs jump to over 85% and the avatar is moving about 1 frame per 3 seconds.

It is seriously not playable in any way shape or form.

What is the deal?
