In the current preview build the Hanging Gardens wonder appears to be bugged. When I go to build it on a luxury and I answer yes to the "do you want to build it, it will destroy existing improvement message" nothing happens.
This still appears to the bugged in the full bonny update which is super annoying and basically makes these wonders pretty worthless. Kinda irritating given I stopped playing the game a year or so ago because of the bugs and decided to get back into it with the bonny patch
