I tried to have some idea about how work the army upkeep, but I'm a little confused about everything.

First, I see only few notes about Army Upkeep on patch but nothing about a big change :

Beside that, everything from tooltip to encyclopedia told you that Army Upkeep depend on how you group them :

And, when I test it, I don't see it anywhere :

So my main question is : Should there be a reduction in costs for large armies, and how should we view it? Or do we need to redo the tooltips to align with the lack of reduction?

PS 1 : I didn't find anything else on the website about that, so I'm not sure if the topic was already addressed. (I tried my best, sorry if I missed it :x )

PS 2 : I only see the reduction apply only one time. With Salted Beef from Argentinians (there is an issue, with the reduction is not displayed properly: Unknow for the flat bonus) :
