Looks like the six new Oceania symbols don't have lang/text values.  Nice catch.

And more curious is that when I loaded the game later the graphics of the leader are no longer BeowulfSave File: Phoenicians Turn 18.ctr

Ah, yes... I forgot that was even a thing.  But I had to reset my password when visiting the forums to make the post and that probably disconnected me in the game.

An issue was filed and is being investigated. 

Regarding the other issue with Beowulf, with the provided save file we could not preproduce the issue, Beowulf loads with the correct avatar.

If the same issue occurs again, may I trouble you with the following information:

• Your last two auto-saves, and any other saves you think may help show the problem. Your saves are by default located:
  1. PC: \Users\[username]\Documents\Humankind\Save Files
• A screenshot. To get a screenshot:
  1. PC:
     • Steam: Default hotkey for a screenshot is F12
     • EGS: Use the windows print screen button, or press start and type in snipping tool/Snip and Sketch and create a new snip of the area you want to make a screenshot of.
• Your diagnostics logs. These are time stamped, and any time you close and relaunch the game, new ones are started. Please grab all diagnostics logs related to the session you were playing where the issue occurred. These are by default located:
  1. PC: \Users\[username]\Documents\Humankind\Temporary Files

Have you maybe been disconnected from "Amplifiers"? You know in the Main Game Menue before you set-up a game you can connect to Amplifiers, to access all your unlocked things from this forum. I remember that being an issue in the early days. here If getting disconnected, then the game could not load certain avatars that you had unlocked via these forums, nor via Twitch linked to these forums and then linked to the steam. Even if you had set up the game with those AI avatars, then if disconnected it would just load some random AI avatars next time you loaded the game. Maybe that is issue sis back or actually maybe it isn't even an issue, but just how it works that you need to be connected/linked to use those free unlocked additions.

I had a similar problem when I tested changing "Amplifiers". I'll continue to try different options! Rebooting often helped me, but here it is also powerless)))
