20230914235305_1.jpg Other types of bonuses I think still apply everywhere, e.g. research quarters in Harappa still get +4 Science from the 2 Silver I have. I'm not sure if it's a bug or how it's supposed to work, but it's strange, since the resources show up in in right corner of the screen and every luxury resources effectively reaches the Capital, and gives fims bonuses to every city, but stability bonuses don't "reach" every city. Here is the save: Resources don't work.ctr
I think they apply, the UI just isn't showing the breakdown under "Stability from District" like it does for Mikene. It's probably a UI limitation (all the listings would not fit the screen).
All the indented stuff is just detailed breakdown of the main category.
