Haven't had this happen in a long time.  Even went back quite a few turns and can't avoid it.  Problem happens on turn 149.  Only thing of note is AI has stealth units revealed in my territory the turn before it crashes...I know there have been some issues with stealth units in the past in regards to turn pending.
