​Has nobody thought through what happens to AIs with the "To the End" personality trait?

I have one in my game, Gilgamesh, and hes just utterly falling apart with all his citys having 0 pop, 0 food and industry etc getting taken over by rebells because hes in a war with another AI and he can not surrender and now he just has endless negative stability.
This seems like it is a very obvious fate of every single AI with that trait unless they win every single war they get into. 
Im not going to restart the game because im having fun with it, but the moment his last cities fall to rebells (2 out of 5 by now) I will be out of 3 AIs this game. And considering he was one of the more challenging ones, its sad to see him go through utter sillyness.

Thanks for the report. Yes, you are right when in a specific situation, ToTheEnd AI will end up in a "not really interesting loop". We discovered, by looking at the code, that this is also the case for other AI but as they can use the white peace, they tend to get out of the hole...

A fix is being reviewed and should be published in the next few days.

Thanks for the answer, looking forward to the fix as in general I enjoy the way wars work now far better.

At least I got to see an AI recreate this now
