EDIT: Fixed it. Had to check the "skip minor version" box in debug mode.

I can't update nor edit my mod since the last update with modding tools. Update project does nothing and it locks me out from doing anything. This is usually fixable by custom importing the asset files from /HumankingModTools/Resources but they are not up to date. Please update the modding tools to match the games version.
