Digital Deluxe Upgrade for Epic Games doesn't work

I contacted both SEGA and Epic and I was sent here as they were unable to help. I own Digital Deluxe Upgrade but when in game it says that it is not owned by me when in Epic Store it says I own it. I'm unable to turn it on in DLC's window in Epic Games Launcher as such window isn't shown. Reinstalling or veryfing game also brings no solution. What is weird is that African Cultures work perfectly fine dispite me being also unable to turn them on in Epic DLC's menu.

Same issue is happening on Gamepass (with the same pattern - African Cultures work, other DLC doesn't).  I guess it's not a "Gamepass only" issue after all.

Same issue here, just bought the Heritage Collection and the digital deluxe content is marked as not owned

Loving the game but it would be nice that at least someone on the support said something about the fact that we can't access content that we purchased at least a "We are investigating" and not just ignoring the post

Same issue on Epic Games

Heritage Collection was bought, it includes the Digital Deluxe, but the game says it is not available.

Thank you very much for your reports and your patience on that topic. We are deeply sorry for the trouble. 

We have indeed found an issue with the configuration of the heritage collection on EGS, which we are currently fixing with Epic. 


We will keep ou informed once a solution is pushed.

Hello, I am having the same issue with the Epic Games version of the game. I bought the deluxe edition + all other dlc. Everything is enabled except for the deluxe edition which I can't toggle on as it says "Cannot be done as content is not owned"


Any help?

Same boat. Got "Humankind - Standard edition" free on Epic
Bought all DLC's - including Digital deluxe upgrade
All DLC are working fine, except for the "Digital Deluxe"Humankind.jpg

any fixes yet? i bought all the dlc on epic games store. every dlc works besides the deluxe edition says it not owned yet epic says I have it bought and installed....
