Mmmh, bad luck with map generation indeed !

Northern territory seems easily reachable with your transport galley, those pearls are tempting !

Going south will require a bit of a trick though : if you can, grab and build Temple of Artemis, the +10 health regeneration on Unit will give you an extra turn in deep water to reach the next coastal tile on the southern end of the screenshot.

PS : It also works with Zuma Rock natural wonder (+5 health regeneration on Unit), but it's obviously dependent on map generation and starting location.
