Got "Humankind" on free weekend through Epic.
Bought all the DLC - including the Digital Deluxe Upgrade
All DLC, except "Digital Deluxe", are working fine.
"Digital Deluxe" will not register as owned. Even though stating owned on Epic store.
In a previous thread (Thread) there's previous mention of this bug happening before on Xbox game pass.

Have looked to see if anything has been said or even addressed, but nothing. Hence, a new post about the same problem from years ago.

I got this exact same problem as you. However, with the new update (version 1.0.28.4623), this bug is fixed without me doing anything. The upgrade is automatically included and I can build the wonders now. Hope it will work out for you too!
